Casting Call for Pride Ethos 2026!

Pride Ethos Is Back — And We're Just Getting Started

Last year, something extraordinary happened at the Everson Museum of Art.

Over two unforgettable nights, more than 250 guests watched 20+ LGBTQ+ performers transform five museum galleries into stages for drag, burlesque, dance, theater, and storytelling. The energy was electric, the artistry was breathtaking, and the message was clear: queer art doesn't just belong in cultural institutions — it can redefine them.

Pride Ethos: A Living Exhibit was more than a show. It was a celebration of LGBTQ+ artistry in real time. And now, we're bringing it back bigger, bolder, and even more unapologetically queer.

We're looking for YOU.

Come Out CNY, Breadcrumbs Productions, and Jo March Presents are officially opening the casting call for Pride Ethos 2026, returning to the Everson Museum on June 10 & 11. We're seeking LGBTQ+ performers across every discipline — drag artists, burlesque performers, dancers, vocalists, musicians, and variety artists of every kind. If you have a talent and a story to share, this stage was built for you.

In a cultural moment when queer and trans artists face very real headwinds, creating space for unapologetic queer performance isn't just meaningful — it's necessary. Pride Ethos exists to give LGBTQ+ performers a major cultural stage, and to offer audiences something they won't find anywhere else.

Performances are June 10 & 11 at the Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse. We can't wait to see what you bring.
