Come Out Central New York develops and leads programs that invest directly in the lives of LGBTQ+ people across our region.
Our programs are built on a simple belief: when LGBTQ+ people have the tools, connections, and community they need to thrive — everyone benefits. Each of the programs below are free to attend, thoughtfully designed, and rooted in the strengths of our community.

OutWorks CNY
A free series consisting of career-focused workshops, a storytelling event, and a resource fair — created specifically with LGBTQ+ professionals in Central New York in mind. Show up as your full self. Build real skills. Connect with people and employers who value you.
LGBTQ+ Community Connections
Community is medicine. The LGBTQ+ Community Connections initiative brings CNY's queer community together through social gatherings, cross-generational dinners, and on-site wellness resources — because connection and care belong in the same room. Launched in partnership with SAGE Upstate and ACR Health.
Queer Co-Working Day
In partnership with GereBlock, our monthly queer co-working day brings together LGBTQ+ people and allies in a welcoming environment to work, share ideas, and build together.
