Tired of consumerist heteronormative Valentines events? Looking for love in all the wrong places? Come hang with other queers, listen to live music by local singer-songwriters, make valentines, and have a cozy time with nice people!
QUEERING VDAY is a celebration of expansive love, a dose of joy as resistance amidst the horrors, and a chance to sing our stories.
You can expect:
-Live music performances by Alison Mullan-Stout, and showcase artists TBA
-Valentine-making throughout the night (supplies provided, feel free to bring your own)
-Opportunities to mingle if you’re into that ;)
Let’s keep one another healthy! Please stay home and rest if you’re not feeling well and consider wearing a mask to help reduce the spread of illness. We’ll have HEPA filters running & monitor CO2 levels, thanks to CNY Better Breathing Bloc.
Venue is wheelchair accessible, with one accessible bathroom. All bathrooms are all-gender.
$15 advance/20 doors
