This fun, family-friendly event welcomes runners, walkers, and rollers of all ages and abilities to take part in a scenic loop at Long Branch Park. Whether you're racing for time or taking a leisurely stroll, you’ll be moving in solidarity with a great cause—supporting the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ people 50 and older across Central New York.

The 2024 CNY Gay 5K is a community-run, family-friendly event designed to celebrate our Central New York community and raise funds for our local LGBTIA+ non-profit, SAGE Upstate.
